The conveyancing work at our office will be undertaken by our firm’s Senior Director Matthew Winder or any solicitor / trainee solicitor supervised by him. Our executive support staff will support the work undertaken by our legal team on your file.
We can tailor a timeframe to suit your case. The timeframe will depend upon the readiness of the parties involved in the chain to agree a date. All parties in the chain need to be agreed upon a date and have completed the legal work necessary to complete the purchase. Generally, this will take between 6-8 weeks. The timeframe can be less if there is a short chain and the parties wish to proceed quicker. Equally, the timeframe can be longer, for example, if you are buying a new build property and there were delays whilst the property was being constructed.
At Clarkson Hirst Solicitors there are no hidden extra costs. We do not charge any extra legal fees for any of the following:
- Completion of stamp duty form
- Transfer of money
- First registration of your property
