- We will deal with your case quickly, effectively and compassionately
- We will offer you a fixed fee for the divorce work of £450.00 plus VAT and plus the Court fee which is currently £385.00.
What we will do for this fee We will take your instructions, draft your divorce petition, file it with the Court, conduct an undefended divorce to the state of Decree Absolute which dissolves your marriage or civil partnership. What we will not do for this fee This fee does not include work in respect of finances, children and other matters ancillary to your divorce.
