Repossession claims
If you would like us to recover possession of a rented property from your tenant then our fees for undertaking the Court work using the accelerated possession procedure will be £625 including VAT and Court fees. The current fee charged for possession claims for rent and mortgage arrears cases is £100.00. For other claims the County Court fee is £175.
If you would like to appoint a Court bailiff to recover possession of the property then our fee for arranging this would be £75 plus VAT and a Court fee of £110.
