Clarkson Hirst Solicitors have been reaccredited for CQS membership

On the 4th June 2015 the Law Society announced that Clarkson Hirst have been reaccredited for the prestigious Conveyancing Quality Scheme membership. The firm has been a member of CQS since 23.11.11 . The Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme provides a recognized quality standard for residential conveyancing practices. Membership establishes a level of credibility for firms with stakeholders such as regulators, lenders and insurers as well as residential home buyers and sellers.

Clarkson Hirst Solicitors are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Practices applying for accreditation must demonstrate compliance with the CQS protocol, and where necessary amend existing policies or draft new ones to meet requirements.

The buying and selling of a home is probably the largest transaction that most people undertake in their lives. The Law Society states that “obtaining the CQS proves you have the necessary skills and expertise to provide residential conveyancing advice, and you are further reassuring clients that you will provide all the information they need to understand the process, options, costs and time scales from the outset”.
