DOMESTIC VIOLENCE DURING CORONAVIRUS OUTBREAK

Clarkson Hirst Solicitors

Many of you will be aware that due to the current Coronavirus pandemic our office is temporarily closed in terms of face to face appointments.  However, all our staff are working and are able to take instructions via telephone or business Skype in order to proceed with any urgent enquiries, advice or even Court Applications.

It is possible to speak directly with a Solicitor for telephone advice. It is also possible for documents such as proof of identification, proof of address and evidence of financial circumstances to be sent to us via email or delivered to our offices where they can be scanned to the Solicitor dealing with your case.

We can provide telephone advice or email advice in respect of warning letters and whether you have grounds to bring injunctive proceedings.

We can assist you in writing letters to third parties and issuing Court proceedings on an emergency basis to include Applications for Occupation Order and Non-Molestation Order to seek to exclude a person from your property in the event of domestic violence issues.  During this time all staff are continuing to provide normal levels of service and you can contact our office on the usual number 01524 39760 or email Kerry Davies at kd@clarksonhirst.com
